I know there are 3D printed caps that are color coded to show if your battery is charged or not. However I found a way to mark which battery has been used.

Just leave the release lever in the out position to show its empty.

Good tip Billy. Do the latches stay up when the lid is closed on the case?

I use an app called LiPo Watch on my iPhone, it's great, as soon as I run a battery down I check to see what the voltage is on the ST16 (under minimal load, I'll land and wait a few minutes) then mark it on the app for that battery. It's great for keeping a cycle count and seeing which battery is charge and which is not. I also number each battery with a sharpie. I'll also put all of my batteries (currently 3 of them) all with the 'Yuneec' logo facing the same when. When a battery is used I'll put it back into the case but the other way around. I think I saw this on one of drone clones posts.
