Is there a difference between H Plus arms and H520 or H Pro arms

The question is: inreason of unavailability of spare H Plus parts; are the H520 the same as the H Plus (I would say H Pro too, size, screwing details, etc...). The motors are the same for H520 and H Plus, so, I can imagine that the arms could be the same too (except for the color). Are the housing and frame compatible too? Thx in advance.
