Does the company still exist?
I tried mailing several yuneec-ish mails like:
info@yuneec.(ch,com)
[email protected] ...
Never got an answer - is there still any form of official support??

That is a good question! It seems that the consumer no longer has any way to contact Yuneec and must use the vendor they purchased their system from for support.

Possibly @joe@vertigodrones or @Enrico Jorysch could shed some light on this subject.

How would the vendor contact the company then?

Vendors do not use the same contacts as consumers and to my knowledge Yuneec no longer sells directly to consumers as they have done in the past.

Is there a particular issue you have that we might be able to help you resolve? Several of our members are very familiar with troubleshooting and repairing all but the newest Yuneec systems.

I'll try to shed some light on this... although... I have the impression that it's getting darker and darker :-(

ATL in Switzerland is the mother of Yuneec.
The owner lives in Switzerland herself and we have already met.
ATL in Switzerland has been closed, all employees have been made redundant.
I myself set up the service department and workshop for ATL in Zurich... in vain.

In Kaltenkirchen (Germany) all employees were also made redundant... we as dealers are also at a loss.

I try to help where I can in Switzerland... but at the moment I have no support from ATL or Yuneec.

I am still listed on the Yuneec Europe homepage for repairs and service... but I don't have the former service technicians as contacts for problems.

Is Yuneec withdrawing from Eurtopa? Is it setting up a new team in Europe?
I have no answers at the moment... sorry.

The sales agent for Yuneec in the Netherlands told me that Yuneec was forced to stop their production China, they refused to implant prescribed government chipsets as extra on their circuit boards.
It sounded a bit wild to me but I couldn't debunk it either. (It is a fact that the use of DJI drones is not allowed near Dutch defense locations)
He claimed that Yuneec's German main engineer has started a drone company that builds drones for professional use only, mainly for surveillance and autonomous use.
I can still have my Typhoon H serviced at his workshop tough.

Das habe ich auch schon festgestellt,das keine Antworten mehr auf EMails kommen,habe mich auch schon gefragt warum,wenn jedoch in Kaltenkirchen alle Mitarbeiter entlassen worden sein sollen,dann gibt es dort dann ja auch keine Werkstatt/Geschäft mehr.
Somit wäre jeder zukünftig auf sich alleine gestellt und muss sehen wie man zurecht kommt bei Problemen.
Wohnt jemand zufällig in der Nähe von Kaltenkirchen und kann mal vorbeischauen,ob es das Geschäft noch gibt?

Tout d'abord, je dois vous informer que Yunnec en Allemagne et en Suisse, a suspendu le service pour une durée indéterminée.
Tous les employés ont été licenciés... triste, mais vrai !

Pourquoi le Mail Adreasse [email protected] n'a pas encore été désactivé est un mystère pour moi... a probablement été oublié.

Si quelqu'un était capable de réparer l'appareil photo LEICA ION c'est-à-dire de remplacer le processeur d'imagerie,
il n'y a que Leica qui puisse le faire. Il n'existe pas de pièces de rechange pour cette caméra sur le marché.

J'ai encore 2 nouveaux appareils dans mon assortiment (www.kopterbude.ch) et un Yuneec Typhoon H3 occasion.
Je n'ai pas de caméras individuelles.

Je suis désolé de ne pas pouvoir vous aider davantage.

Je dois répondre à votre question de savoir si le H3 peut être utilisé avec un autre appareil photo sans non.

Il est possible d'accrocher un appareil photo C23 ou E90 en dessous et de recevoir une image sur le ST16S via WIFI, mais vous ne pouvez ni déplacer le cardan ni déclencher une photo ou une vidéo.

Vous auriez la possibilité de faire un H PLUS avec le H3, car la même technologie est installée... mais alors vous êtes lié à l'appareil photo C23, qui n'est pas aussi bon que le Leica et sinon vous n'auriez pas certaines possibilités et paramètres que vous avez avec le H3.

Well, they someday just answered unexpectedly to my mail regarding the missing camera model (Data Pilot Planner Windows: Missing Camera Model E20Tvx) and the windows version update.
Then another "technician" `@eu.yuneec.com` got involved and told me, after consulting "people responsible", that Yplanner would fix the issue. (hence What is yplanner and where to get it?)
But my questions as to what is that and where to get it have never been answered since then.

J'ai eu une réponse par mail de la part de Leica en Allemagne, étant donné que c'était une coopération avec Yuneec,
Il n'était pas possible pour eux d'intervenir sur la Leica, et il fallait que je me rapproche de chez Yuneec sur leur recommandation.
Comme il est impossible de rentrer en contact avec Yunnec en Allemagne c'est peine perdu pour la réparation.
J'ai juste perdu pour l'instant un peu plus de 3000€ et pour Yuneec ce n'est pas leurs problèmes.
C'est déplorable de voir ça et triste pour ceux qui ont acheter du matériel Yuneec comme moi.

I got an email response from Leica in Germany, since it was a cooperation with Yuneec,
It was not possible for them to intervene on the Leica, and I had to contact Yuneec on their recommendation.
As it is impossible to get in touch with Yunnec in Germany it is a waste of time for the repair.
I have just lost for the moment a little more than 3000€ and for Yuneec it is not their problem.
It is deplorable to see this and sad for those who bought Yuneec equipment like me.

I received this email from Yuneec on December 3rd, 2024, so one could assume that the store in Kaltenkirchen could still exist.
