Issues after OTA update

Hi scott , i have a question , i have a drone that H520 that stop working after a update using the controller st16 s it dose have the camera working, and you can power up the drone but only powers down aft taking out the battery, i have been looking for a interface program for it like with the typhoon H but no luck yet , You seam like you would be the man to ask , I would be grateful for the help and information , Thanks

I'm not Scott, but I will try to help.

You are in a tough place. The H520 does not have a GUI like the Typhoon H. Authorized Service Centers may have a bootloader or similar for the H520 to reload the firmware, but if so, I have not heard it mentioned.

Assuming this is a lock up of the power circuit similar to the known problem associated with HPlus and "QGroundControl", you have limited options.
1.) Try to Contact Yuneec EU to see if they can help.
2.) Try to redo the update using SD cards. The guidance and a link to the firmware are in:
E90/H520 SD Card Firmware Upgrade
The guidance was written for the H520 that came with an E90 camera. If you have a different system, it will not work as written.

A second thought. You mentioned moving in another thread. The H520 updates will only work from the same location/WiFi connection you used for the LAST update. The OTA update system does not use the WiFi connection you have set for the rest of the H520 system. It has it's own setup. Review the discussion in this link and consider if you may be able to connect to your local WiFi for the Update System and try the OTA update again.

ok thank you for you time and information , The H520 i have came with the E50 4K cam i will retry to update with the sd card
