Max resolution for the CGO3?

I am getting some conflicting information on this. What does everyone show as a max resolution for the CGO3 on the Q500?

The maximum video resolution is quoted as 4K 30 FPS... generally 4K is 3840x2160.
Maximum photo resolution is 12 MP... 4000x3000.
