Maybe let's have a sticky

So with the people asking for help with crashes and not posting the telemetry files I was thinking maybe a sticky showing how to find and post the telemetry file with there first post stating the problem, and their story that lead to the crash.
This may help with the flow of getting the answer they need quicker.
