Motor error

Hello

I bought a yunnec mantis g drone and while i was testing

It hit the table and it says "motor error" and does some beeps

Will i need to buy a new motor?

Do you get the error every time you power up the drone?

Do you see any physical damage to that motor arm?

With power off turn the motors by hand. Each should turn freely and have a slight pulsing feel as they rotate in the magnetic field. Does the problem motor feel different than the other three?
