New Breeze

I can turn it on I get the multi color in the blinking blue light I'll connect my phone my phone won't say I'm connected with no internet but the blue light never stops blinking and all the symbols on the phone are greyed out. Any suggestions or anything I am missing?

I experienced something similar with my first Breeze. I purchased it from Best Buy. After trying several things to resolve the issue, I took it back and exchanged it for another and have had no problems since.

Try Turning off cellular data and see what happens? Report back please...
