I used parts of this document that was upload here by someone else - and then make it simple like this one

Then just tailor it to you what you feel you need -- the more you study the bigger your list will get, in my case anyway LOL

My life experiences tell me that everything is easier after you have done it 3 or 4 times. Unfortunately most of us don't have the luxury of learning that curve. If I were to give it a go and did a great job I still don't think Hollywood would be interested in any of my video.

As some have shown, the videos do a great job of showing the process. I had the threaded version which made the job much easier. Just go slow and if you feel that your body tells you otherwise, put it back together and try later.
