New to Typhoon H

I have a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced that I have been using for the past year. Before that I had a cheap play quad. Yesterday I purchased a Typhoon H that will arrive sometime next week. Is there anything that I need to know or anything purchase to take care of weak spots in the Typhoon H?
As always I will start out slowly to get the hang of the new bird.

My poor advice would be to read through the prior posts here, say starting in early July. Also, go ahead and download the ver. 1.1 manual and study it. It's sparse, but we're hoping Yuneec produces a better one soon.

I am reading everything that I can find about the Typhoon H and saving some to my hard drive.
My plan of attack is to get the batteries charged, then install any software or firmware.
After that I will watch the video from England about the controls. Then take it on some short low level flights.
