New user WiFi red flashing lighs

Hi all, as a new user in UK excitedly checked both my Sony xz premium and ipad had WiFi connection. Then attempted to update firmware via app and Breeze froze after installation. Since then no WiFi connection and red lights at front continue to flash (no green) after reboot. Any advice please?

Try to reset your breeze and load firmware.bin via USB afterwards. Numerous posts in this forum will tell you how. If stuck provide as many deatails as possible and feel free to ask.
