Not reading card

I downloaded the two files onto the micro card and installed it in my s10+ but it does not show any files on the remote......any advice??????

Dave be aware of where u are I first tried on several occasions to do the update in a friends caravan it kept coming up as failed, I wend home in the open and it updated straight up, good luck

Did you extract the files before loading them onto the card ??
Format your card first....
When extracted, you should have two files on the card. A "Firmware" file and an "Update" file.
There's a separate file for the Quad that also needs to be loaded to communicate with each other.
