You can carry 5 batteries,use the two main slots.on upper left front side is a slot above the skid,the other battery slot is rear right side above the skid. And the fifth battery has to go in the H, which I don't do,but you can hold 5 batteries without modifying the insert. Hope this is helpful,or maybe you all know?
