Hi! I need to get some data off of the internal storage, but don't have a battery. Can I power it with a regular dc powersupply? If so, what's the pinout and voltages?

I don't know for sure, but I think the OEM charger has to see something like 10V total before it will start charging. It also may not charge if there is no voltage sensed on the other two contacts.
@WTFDproject is correct about the OEM charger. It has to see proper voltages on all 4 pins in order to start supplying voltage. Therefore it cannot be used to power the aircraft.
No waste at all. The 11.1V is the nominal voltage (storage charge voltage) of the battery pack. The full charge voltage is 12.6V (4.2V/cell) for the 3 cells in series.
