Q500 4K Constant red tail light

I have had periodic challenges with failure to bind. I'm not sure why it's doing it, but it's very frustrating, not being able to fly. There is also a specific tone with the challenge.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Yes, I did that. Apparently Motor #2 is bad. Not sure if it's worth replacing it or not. Any idea what they might cost?
