Are you getting this new out of the box?

Have you tried connecting to the GUI to check on motor assignment?

yes got it new and yes all four motors check out fine I have had it for over a year and no problems

Try running the ESC ID Assignment in the GUI.

i had this happen with another drone is there a motor polarity fault if the motors spin to far one way will cause a fault in the motor's, I would do full reboot maybe try downloading updates as well.
