Just finished my third Q500 with a Rakon frame, checked with the GUI, everything green, at doing calibration the compass did ok, but the accelerometer do not, reading the threads , tried options like to move the compass, update firmware, checked with the GUI again ( nothing wrong ), tilt the dron in the 3 axis the GUI screen show the movements. Do not know what is wrong, first time with this issue. Appreciate any help. Have a short video but can find the way to upload it .

Is the issue that the accelerometer is not working or only that it will not go into calibration mode?

You have to upload the video to a third party host such as YouTube or DropBox, and then post only the link to the Forum.

Start doing the calibration as usual but at the end do not finish with the successful noise, just keep repeating the noise instead of finish.
Will try to use dropbox for the video link

Not sure why the compass was mentioned, but for what it is worth; the accelerometer is not located on the compass. The accelerometer is part of the IMU chip on the mainboard. If the mainboard is not level when the accelerometer calibration is run, the calibration sequence will end with a repeating 3 note error tone.
Is the mainboard in any position other than flat relative to the earth?

Removed the landing legs to have the frame in a flat surface, keep repeating the 3 note error tone. The led at the IMU chip turn red at the 3 error tone.

That is the code for a failed calibration. It may or may not mean the Accelerometer is inoperative. Can you post an image of what you see in these boxes when on the GUI (Not running the calibration).
ACC boxes.jpg

@h-elsner may have better information than I can offer.

Acc values looking good. Acc calibration may also fail if compass orientation and IMU orientation will differ a lot.
Please explain where and how the compass chip is mounted. This is one of the most critical things when frame has changed.

Do a compass calibration first then acc calibration. Both with full charged battery.

Compass is mounted in the same place as one of other Rakon Frame Q500, Photo attached. Did the calibration as your post, same 3 tone error. Checked the drone with the GUI one more time, everything OK.
Took the risk for a low altitude and short flight, fortunately the dron flight as should be. Guess the calibration error is in controller board but without affecting the drone flight, do not know ware else could be. WTFDproject, h-elsner, appreciate your help and interest in this rare issue.

No luck using other the compass chip, same accelerator calibration 3 tone error.
After compass calibration did a longer flight, it was ok, steady and responsive to all directions, the only difference was wile in the air the Led status flashed purple and orange, instead purple and white. Will try other location to find out.

...wile in the air the Led status flashed purple and orange..
"...and orange.."
If the orange is two quick flashes at a time, it is indicating a compass problem. You may not be getting a good compass calibration, there may be something on the board that is defective, or the wire harness between the compass chip and the main board is bad.
Did you try another compass calibration in a good place, free from any possible magnetic interference?
When you swapped the compass chip, did you also swap the wire harness?
