Range Problems

I am having video cutoff between 700 ft to 1000ft. Loss of wifi signal. It will come and go any time in that range. How do I get more range?

Range on any bird is related to many things. The H uses wifi. Interference will reduce range. Trees and other obstacles between you and the bird reduces range. You can increase range by flying a little higher or flying in a remote location that is clear of interference. You can also buy range extenders that can get you out a little further.

My Q 500 in safe mode stops going forward after only 200 or so feet ,,, any sugetions???

Sounds like your Geo fence is set at 200feet. It helps keep it close switch to angle mode, or connect it to your GUI and increase your Geo fence.
