I just learned something.
My Typhoon H was taking forever to acquire satellites or I should say to have the ready indicator. Ready to fly.
I had it sitting on concrete
Which I realized must have had steel or rebar in it.

I moved it off the concrete
Into more of a weeded area.
It gave me the green ready light immediately.

As a test, I put it back on the concrete.
It would not give me my ready-to-fly light on my controller.

So I guess you have to be real careful where you set it when launching otherwise it will not say ready.

KK..

Yeah, i've done nothing but fly from my local park, smack in the middle of greenery/grass, seems to me the best way to go.. no interference.. when in doubt, you'll know, it'll just come natural as the grass you take-off from.. trust your instinct..
