After the fall, 2016 update my Real Sense ceased to function. OBS Not Available or Failed was my constant message. Now that I have completed the newest firmware updates all is well again. Real Sense and everything else is functioning as designed.
Moral of the story...Don't be afraid to upgrade. Keep your bird up to date for the best results.
