received Q500 via very circuitous route of fedex to usps and finally to me !! 
(should have gone to best buys and got a price match !!!!)
so the left LED lens cover was completely dangling by wires, some styrofoam was broken in case but none near the motors, no outside injury of box or case, all the support 'columns' inside were broken at base, some cracking around the motor mount.
tried to glue but too small for these big fingers and hard to align, would likely just break again.
so taped up the LED lens best i could and then setup all things and flew today.
flew level and nice, flew first battery until warning, but that video link is very weak !!
have requested to both dealer and yuneec for either complete chassis or just left bottom black chassis part.
will see what happens.
btw, all things appeared to be like new, no scuffs, etc, just that broken led mount.
