Red and white flashing. Drone wont take off but hooks up to sattle lights and camera works. But w I ll not take off. It starts up like it wants to but nothing happens when i gp tovtakr off. Am i talkin NFZ.

Yes I have SD card below battery. I'm not sure what you mean by downloading flight log via USB? What do I do$?

Also I bought a new battery from Amazon and my charger will not charge this battery. I plug it in and it's a solid red light which means error! What do I do to get this battery charged. I checked fuse and it's not burnt. What's going on? Is this battery have a bad cell?

Wait until the ST10 is fully booted up. Connect it with data capable micro USB cable to your PC. The file system of the SD card should be visible in the file manager. There is a folder called "Flightlog". Copy this folder to your PC and zip it. Upload the zip archive file here.
Warning: The flightlogs contain coordinates. We all can see where you are....

You can buy a cheap battery tester to check the battery. If you use the stock charger that came with Q500 check the balancer cable. This charger is not the best one. It has no storage program - not good for the battery. Never store a full loaded LiPo battery for a long time. This will result in an swollen battery and significant shorter life time.
You should think about a charger that have storage program. No need to buy the best and eypensive one - also a budget charger will do the job.

Only examples to have an idea what I mean. Check your local stores.

Downloading the flight log will tell me if I'm in a NFZ? How do I get rid of the NFZ on my Yuneec q500. If I go away from this NFZ will my drone fly?

Ok I took my q500 away from my no fly zone and it still has red and white lights on the drone when you have the propellers going and ready to take off. The motors come on but when u go to take off nothing happens. I push the stick up and it doesn't do anything but sit there idling. If you push the left stick to the right or left it starts to take off but I have no control over where it goes. The red and white lights are not flashing anymore. I don't know if that means anything! What is wrong with this drone. I think I'm just going to sell it and buy something else. So if anyone wants a nice drone that can fix it. I'll sell it if I can't fix it. Does anyone know what I can do to get it to fly?? Help!

"Red and white flashing. Drone wont take off but hooks up to sattle lights"
If you mean the LEDs under the motors, and if they flash three times, pause, and repeat, it is evaluating satellite signals. When it acquires enough good satellites to get a position fix, the LEDs will go solid, and it will allow the motors to start.

If the red and white under motor lights are on solid, it means it has acquired enough good satellites to get a position fix.

Follow this guideline:
Q500 and Chroma Flight Log Retrieval

"What is wrong with this drone."

Probably nothing. The controller needs maintenance or repair.
As recommended by @h-elsner, you need to check Hardware Monitor to see if there is a physical problem with the hardware.
If there is a problem with the hardware, either clean the pots, repair the controller, or replace it.
Sometimes pot cleaning can be done just by "vigorously stirring" the control sticks for a few seconds. If that does not resolve the issue, you can remove the back of the controller and use this guidance provided by @DoomMeister. The second part of the guideline mentions how to get contact cleaner into the pot.
Control Stick Gimbal Maintenance
IF there is NOT a problem with the hardware, calibrate the controls using this guideline:
ST-10 / ST10+ Flight Control Board Calibration

"The red and white lights are not flashing anymore. I don't know if that means anything!"

It means the Drone has acquired satellites and will allow flight when it receives proper signals from the controller. See the attached documents.

Does anyone know what I can do to get it to fly??
It's probably just fix the controller, read the manual, and go have fun.
Please note that this is an assumption created by extrapolating from bits and pieces mentioned in different places above. If you want more credible advice, it is important to get the flight logs posted.
