Yes, it will work. The Skyview Goggles are compatible to basically every device featuring a HDMI out. Since the ST16s still has a HDMI out, it will work.

HI. The Skyview works connecting to the hdmi port onto the ST16, it works with any device that have this port.
Skyview doesn't have receivers.
