ST10+ and J4 problems

My J4 is stuck on -12 - and the drone is behaving accordingly. I have taken out the right hand control unit and cleaned it with electronics cleaner and electronics compressed gas - no luck. It is now at -13
Short of trying to find a replacement does anyone have any idea what else to do?

I would at least swap the plugs between J3 and J4 to ensure it is the pot instead of something else.

NOTE: Don't be surprised if both appear drastically out of calibration when reversed. That's normal.

With J3 and J4 plugs swapped:
When you move the right stick back and forth:
If the J3 indication is "stuck" somewhere, then the actual J4 pot is bad.

When you move the right stick up and down:
If the J4 indication remains "stuck", then both pots are good, and the issue is downstream in the controller somewhere.
