ST16 Controller use with non-Yuneek Quad?

Does anyone know if the ST16 controller can be used with a non-Yuneek quad?
For instance, could you use this controller for flight controll and video of the Nighthawk 250 Racer?

From all the searching I have done it can't be used with any other quad or Hex.
