I just ordered the typhoon h and haven't ever flown a big drone. If I use the smart mode will I be able to fly it without tearing it up the first time out?

Just make sure to read up on smart mode ... you can crash your copter if your not aware of what it can and can not do !!

If you have flow RC planes,I would fly in angle mode...Either way I would put a bright light on the front just for orientation .Also let go of the sticks when you feel you are in trouble..Most important is to take baby steps and watch as much yoootube and other tutorials as you can stand...

You will find it's a lot easier to fly than a small one.Remember altitude is your friend. Stay high and fly. As Patrick said, if you panic release the sticks. It will stop and hover.
