The basic settings I use is 'Natural' and 'Sunrise/Sunset', and usually shoot at 30fps ...which usually gives pretty good results.

Any UAV video, though, is made or broken in Post Production. At the very least some thoughtful editing can make an otherwise boring video far more interesting to the audience, and tweaking the colours, contrast, vibrancy, etc, can make the colours pop out in a natural sort of way and make an average video into a stunning video.

Note that it is far easier to make those colours pop out if it's been shot in natural, while in 'Gorgeous' it is harder. It still can be done, but you've let the camera have too much influence.
