Telemetry Alerts

Is there any way to change the settings. I think I had a Compass alert today but by the time I looked down it was gone.
Compass warnings are somewhat common depending on the location and altitude. I would not be concerned unless they become more frequent at altitudes over 30' or so. If there is a compass failure it will affect flight and the warning will be continuous. In order to regain control you would need to turn off the GPS.

If you wish to confirm the actual warning, look at the telemetry for that flight. In the error column you will see "32" for compass warning.

Pop over to the UAV Toolbox site (link in my signature). You can click on My Flights, where there is a link to the guest upload page.

It allows you to upload your telemetry and will give you a summary of the flight, including any errors or compass warnings.

Compass warnings are not uncommon. If you get a couple of short blips in a flight it's nothing to worry about. If they are persistent and regular, you have a problem.
