On the Grey bar above the thread, there is an envelope icon to the right that represents starting a conversation, that is where you do it from.

Generator can do 1600W constant and 3000W bursts.
Required Specs are 110V at 60Hz or 220V at 50Hz.

Even for my system, there's an obscene number of phase and voltage conversions going on!

Hoverfly can make a straight DC battery box to power tether for you, if you really need one. I've seen ones that work off of 48V golf cart setups. Perhaps could be the same relative weight as your specs, but is likely going to require 4 - 12V batteries.
