The best way to get a WiFi signal

I am having trouble getting my breeze with controller to hook up to my I phone it sometimes takes a good half hour or more-to get connected.
I have a I phone 8 + so any help would be appreciate.
The funny thing is this just started to get worse the last couple of days.
