there is one way to tell I going to fully charge up one h520e on the third party charger to see final results. it should take 2 hours.

I also contacted a third party lab that does tear downs and autopsy. to see if I can send in one of my batteries for detail information on it chemical makeup and actual specs.
third party charger confirms 4.4 per cell 17.6 v 4180 mah. power on unit to slowly drain battery down toward recharge level. 77 min from storage to full charge. well I do have the bumper cage have not tried that out yet.
