caution this unit can and will exceed the faa 400ft agl rule real easy almost to easy by default. most if not all limitations on the h480 are not present or presently active by default on the h520.
to easy to go above 400ft

GeoFence is used to avoid exceeding the legal limits, depending on the country. You can limit the maximum horizontal or vertical distance from the Home.
Without having seen it on the H520 I imagine it will give you several options, RTL, Land, etc. in case it goes over the fence.

This is a commercial product, not a consumer toy. It's intended for pilots who understand the law relating to commercial flights.

It's not difficult to periodically look at the altimeter during a climb, and check it often as the 400' mark approaches. I have mine set to an altitude cap of 500' in order to assure I can always achieve the 400' mark required for some of my work.
