Tool needed?

I had a hard landing on my 4K and broke one of the landing skids. I've ordered a new skid and know how to change it but what size/style of tool do I need? My old eyes just can't see the screw head that well.

You need a Hex-Tool 2mm size

Your Q500 only have 1,5 and 2mm Hex-Screws

Entire Q500 list -

-6pt hex-small phillips
-small needle nose pliers
-solder sucker
-50-60w soldering iron
  • main body = 2mm
  • inner body to wings = 2mm
  • outer wing assembly 1.5mm
  • battery holder = 1.5mm
  • battery contacts holder = 2mm
  • wing light covers = small phillips
  • motors = 2mm
 
Thanks, because I'm setup for circuit board repair, I have all of those items except the hex driver. However, I haven't looked for one in my tool drawer so there might be one there. I'm waiting for the skids I ordered to arrive, so have time to look.

That's handy if you have to change out the body - you have to desolder the ESC boards to the motors to remove them.
