Tornado h920 plus motor #5 error

I installed new ends and plugged in on each side. the joints were good and no chance for shorting out no wires exposed I just thought maybe there was something different in the voltage or something like that but they fit good, plugged in good, and it flew good. That was the only thing I done differently before that last flight when I received the error the next day.

Write the event off to a fluke. The odds of it being caused by you are pretty much zero.
