Transmiter ST10+ and receiver Q500

Hi everyone, I have a Transmiter ST10+ and receiver Q500, Can I bind those without flight controller? Can I use TX and RX with a new FC like SBUS or UART receiver?

The ST10+ and Q500 use an SR24 transceiver for RC communication using the Zigbee protocol. The ST10+ is the Remote controller and the Q500’s Flight Controller uses an STM32 on the Mainboard internal to the aircraft.

There is a Bind menu on the ST10+ to bind the aircraft and the camera to the remote.

I'm a big fan from reuse the Yuneec stuff for other purposes, stuff like STxx RC's, SR24 transmitter and cameras.

There is a SR24 to SBUS converter from @dylanfm and based on this an reworked version from @Schteffl for ESP8266.

The executables for Windows, LINUX or Raspberry Pi have a Bind button. You can set the SR24 into bind mode and the bind to ST10 or ST16.
