Hello!

After a small crash with a Typhoon H+ C23 beeps and will not initialize.
The roll arm was tweaked and is now straight.
I cannot see any damage to the flex cable.
Camera does not produce any video.
Camera light does not illuminate.
No pitch control
Pitch magnet is good.
C23 contact pad board has been replaced.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Please forgive the poor quality but I will post a video below of the behavior on start up.

"C23 beeps...."
Are you certain the beeps are from the C23? Camera beeps are not evident in the video above.
If the beeps are from the C23, they will be in a specific repeating sequence or sequences. The sequence can help pinpoint the issue if the issue is not the power failure assumed in the discussions below. If the beeps are coming from the camera, please describe or record the sequence. (The C23 is a member of the E90 camera family):

I don't see or hear any evidence of power to the camera. That may or may not be a feature of recording video. If there are no beep codes sounding, please consider these items:

There is a small LED on the rear arm that should flash a few times as the gimbal board initializes. Do you see this LED flashing green for a few seconds during start-up?
Does it fail to steady red?

Have you checked to see if any of the contacts are stuck down? This document was based on a CG03+ mount. The C23 mount is exactly the same and suffers the same vulnerability. See Stuck Mount Contacts .

If contacts are good, have you checked the "K" fuse?

"C23 contact pad board has been replaced."
Please confirm you mean the board at the top of the camera.
If so:
Why was it necessary to replace this board?
Did you check to ensure there are no short circuits between any of the six contacts on the board?
Are you certain the wire colors are attached to the correct solder pads?
Have you checked to ensure there are no hidden breaks inside the insulation. The hidden breaks are fairly common if the wires were stressed during the event.

Thank you for the response.

Regarding the contact pad, yes, the connections at the top of the gimbal.
Someone else changed it but the original is not damaged.
Do not know why it has been changed.
Only included that info to help the elimination process.

Regarding the beeps, there is a sequence.

1234__123
1234__123

In repetition.

Oh! and yes, none of the spring loaded contacts are stuck. :)

:)
That code indicates the gimbal board (in the rear arm), is not getting a signal from the IMU (in the camera ball). It's possible the IMU is bad. Far more likely one of the two ribbons are bad. And given the mention of a recent crash, it becomes an even higher bias towards the ribbon as the issue. It's much a toss-up for which of the two is bad, or if both are damaged. The damage is often not visible.

The best recommendation would be to send the camera for diagnosis and repair. Whether the camera is repaired at home or in a shop, the availability of the ribbons will likely be an issue.

Thank you for the help and the guidance!
