I replaced FC motors will now start in Manual Mode but I get 5 rotor mode right away.

"I get 5 rotor mode right away."
Are the motors actually running? It is normal for a TH to get lots of weird noise and "emergency stop" if motors are started without props mounted.

"Still does not want to get out of Acquiring Mode"
If the drone has been sitting powered on, outside, and with a clear view of the sky for 30 minutes or more AFTER the new FC was installed, then upload the flight logs for review. I will be away from home several hours. There are others much better at the reviews than I.
Refer to "Typhoon H Flight Log Retrieval" if needed.

Did not last long, erratic arming and and when if says ready as soon as I pick it up to move it I get land imediatley and do compass cal.

I would suggest doing the Accelerometer calibration and then do the compass calibration to see if the situation improves.

I had the exact same issue with a typhoon h recently, identical. Once I inserted a new charged battery it worked again

Where do you have it sitting when you get this warning as soon as you pick it up or takeoff?
