Typhoon H plus Troubles

Hi everyone I purchased a typhoon h plus off marketplace and having trouble getting it in the air. It would just spin up a bit then beep. Also trying to update the firmware and no luck on that I have the files from a different forum on here but cannot get the controller to take a update. attached is the model on controller and drone also the current firmware and the red triangle when I try a update any help would be greatly appreciated

Do not try to update the Firmware.
Start by binding the drone to the controller.

First, please note what you describe sounds a little like the normal behavior of an H Plus if you try to start it without the props mounted. The motors briefly try to start, then stop sharp. All the motor lights go out for about 5 or 6 seconds. When the lights come back on the drone gives a quick "beep-beep" sound.

As mentioned by @Steve Carr, it is highly unlikely the issue is firmware. Pretty much any version of firmware ever issued will at least get the drone off the ground. You have an actual problem somewhere. The best path is to figure out what the problem is. If the props are not the issue:
Can you clarify what you meant by "spins up a bit"?
Do you have the props mounted?
What pattern is the beeping sound?
Do the under-motor LEDs flash? What color?
Does the camera show an image on-screen?
Does the camera respond to Pitch and Yaw commands from the controller?
What is the current firmware loaded on both drone and controller?

The photos confirm that you have an H Plus and ST16S controller and by deduction the camera should be a C23.

The photos also show that the aircraft and camera are not bound to the controller. It is likely that you did not have the aircraft and camera powered up when you took the picture of the ST16S screen.

The user manual you need is for an H+ which I will attach to this post after I switch to my other phone with the PDF file on it.
