In this video the yuneec guy says these props are carbonfiber and they have a matte black finish like mine

I have never encountered the "no mat" Yuneec props myself but I am aware of an old brand of carbon props that were made from uni directional fiber instead of the usual omni directional. There was no bias applied to the uni directional fibers but they were extremely rigid. However, they were made for small two stroke engines so were much thicker than multirotor props. You could elect to suffer the loss and break one to determine if there are layers...
I am in contact with the dealer they said they are out of the ones like mine but do have the carbonfiber I just asked for pricing
