What make is the camera sensor?

I can't seem to find any info about the original CGO3 camera sensor, specifically, the manufacturer. Yuneec has made it known that the new CGO3+ for the H is on a new Sony sensor.

anyone have any details about the differences?

I'vre read that it's a Sony IMX177 sensor with an Ambarella S2 processor.

I have read the same thing. The specs are available with a simple Google Search on Sony IMX177.
