Well, I did it again. Started flying and assuming the controller was in the settings I need it to be.
After two crashes, one crash took out two props, second crash dismounted the camera gimbal rubber mounts. All in 20 minutes.
I got the rubber mounts back in, took the drone out, and started testing. It was not “Acting” right. It would go up, and down, and also side to side correctly when I first took off. But at one point it would not fly towards me, and the side to side would be reversed. Set it down, made sure the “Mode” was correct, took it up again, with the same results.
So I shut it down and planned on doing a reset on the drone and remote.
I was looking over the switch’s and seen that the remote was in “Smart” mode. SMH!
Almost the same thing that happened when I got my H last week. Only it was in Home.
So hopefully I will learn to check the remote thoroughly before switching both on.
Thank goodness all I damaged was two props out of the two crashes.
