I wanted to update this a little.
I found that when replacing these magnets, you have to get the placement of the magnet's poles correctly aligned. Also, the spacing between the magnet and the encoder must be even. I marked the tilt axis magnet (on the side of the camera) and turned it slightly. I would put the encoder back on and test it. If the shaking was still present I would repeat the process until I got it to a decent stabilized position. I learned that if this magnet is off by 1-2mm it causes the camera to spin and shake out of control. I have it almost steady but the yaw is off a bit.
