4k files and player problems

I've been recording some 4k files . when I try to play back in my computer the quality picture look lag ,jump and sometime crack ,only setting at 1920x1080 30F the pictures quality look better . my computer about 3years old and I try to download 5K player to play but it still look no good at 4k setting . Anybody know about this can help .Thanks

Good Luck, Same problem here, the people here just told me to update my PC
I went ahead and bought a Sandisk Ultra SD card 95m/sec
I also use a USB adapter not the Micro Adapter that came with.

I had the same problem till i downloaded this codec pack for windows....now it plays hd, 4k, etc

yay this media codec pack work this time .I don't see any jump and crash when I try to play back the 4k file, the pictures look so good in 4 k it does look very clear and sharp but one thing it STILL VERY LAG not smooth .How about your same problem like me? and It was little hard when I try to download the media player too .I 've been try to disable the antivirus for couple minute then it let me get through . Thanks

Anybody had same my problem just go to this site and download MEDIA CODEC PACK AND DON'T FORGET TO DISABLE ANTIVIRUS for couple minute .Thank you BEE gave me little help
