When will a drone maker bring out a prof. model drone with a 6-way AS? That is, Left Right, Front, Back, Under and Above and a camera in the nose, to allow the pilot to fly the bird as though he's in the drone's 'cockpit'? Surely this can be done so why hold back?

Simply put $$$$$.... Its not yet affordable to the masses.
The technology exists. To be able to avoid obstacles in all directions, takes a lot of processing power and isn't as simple as one might think it should be. It takes a lot of "logic" to do this.
