Back LED Stays Red

I have a costumer who's back LED stays solid red. No blinking just solid red. There is no peeping coming from the Q500. I have no idea what solid red LED means.
Anyone???

KB,
I do not have a 500, but if it is like the other Yuneec products, I would say that it thinks it is in RTH mode. Will the tail light change colors if other modes are selected on the controller?
Only other thing I can think of would be the flight controller is locked up.

Hook up the GUI and confirm everything in the Quad is working well.
