in theory no, but you can always submit a claim to yuneec and see what they say. it would fall under the same category as hitting a deer with your car or truck and trying to claim it under warranty.

No. any damage incurred because of a bird strike would not be covered by warranty since any damage would not have been caused by faulty parts or workmanship.

Your description of the event is why I view efforts of European countries to train birds to down drones a little quizzically. Any multirotor of significant size using carbon fiber props would induce significant leg injuries for the birds. For drones smaller than a 520 they might get away with it but anything swinging 15” or larger props could be lethal for the bird. Fixed wing stuff is more at risk from birds though.
Do not try to claim a loss of your drone due to a collision with a bird. Be extra careful with Statefarm as well, read the fine prints. It is safe to claim it as a crash, nothing more and nothing less.
