Branded Gamesir G3s controller is not controlling camera tilt

I flew my Breeze with branded Gamesir G3s controller yesterday. All the controls worked fine except the gimbal trim (#6 control in the manual) also adjusts the yaw. The same button, in other words, affects yaw pressing side-to-side or up-and-down.

Bluetooth on my iPhone 7 Plus connects with the controller just fine and WiFi connects with the drone. In case you were wondering, the camera tilts using the phone screen controls.

Is this common? Is there a fix? Or is a new controller in order?

If this is the controller that came with the Breeze, you need to do the firmware update to the controller. See this thread for more information Breeze G3 Controller Update - Updated 3/14/2018.
