Calibration of: Compass, Accelerometer, Gimbal Camera

I would recommend removing the camera before the compass calibration.
I would not do that. The camera and gimbal produce a magnetic field, and I would want those to be considered during the calibration. Yes, the shape of the field will change with the movement of the gimbal, but I suspect the difference between different camera orientations is going to be less than having the camera and gimbal present vs. not present.

Might I suggest that if the -16 has 10 or less satellites to wait for a few minutes for it to acquire more satellites before arming the motors? I received a compass error warning the other day with only 10 sats showing on the -16.
Thanks for advice

Ok thank you very much
