La camara de mi dron mantis q, se mantiene fija hacia abajo, independientemente de querer subirla o bajarla con la aplicacion. Saben de algo?

The camera of my drone mantis q, remains fixed down, regardless of wanting to raise or lower it with the application. Do you know anything?

Have you had a crash or hard landing?

When you attempt to change the tilt angle can you hear the servo motor running?
If you hear the motor the gears are stripped.
If you don’t hear the motor the cable has probably disconnected.
