Can not open the GUI

Binded my H well installing the latest update and can not seem to get the GUI program to open , could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. Or what I need to open it

Give us a run down of how you installed it and the operating system please. Also, there's some drivers that might need to be installed during the down load process.

I have down loaded it from this form ,also from the Yuneec site, I've tried opening it zipped - unzipped and this outfit tells me I need a different app to open it ????, this is an ASUS system running Windows RT8.1 32-bit operating system . ARM based operating system. Also tried on an other laptop top same issues, I'm not very computer savvy and having this update trouble has sure messed up many hours and brought on many more unneeded gray hairs

Falcon,
I had some of the same problems. Only way I got it to work was to :
1) Use the USB cable Yuneec supplied. I have a drawer full of them and that was the only one that worked.
2) I had the H plugged into my laptop and rebooted the laptop with the H connected.

I must have deleted and reinstalled the driver a dozen times before it worked.
